About the Role
Sime have an exciting opportunity to join our Avanti Project as a Global Process Analyst. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role and can be based in either our South Brisbane, Singapore, Christchurch or Malaysia branches.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate workshops to capture as-is and to-be processes; analyse workflows using standard tools and methods.
- Document process variations, risks, and improvement opportunities; support readiness reporting and heat maps in Power BI.
- Conduct root cause analysis and assist in corrective actions for quality issues.
- Collect, validate, and analyse process performance data (cycle time, conformance, adoption, error rates).
- Support PowerApps and Power BI workflows for governance reporting and KPI reviews.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and materials for BPM governance forums.
- Maintain process repository accuracy and lifecycle, ensuring compliance with BPM standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across BPM and broader business; assist with training and process awareness.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Experience in process analysis, data collection, and business intelligence.
- Strong skills in Power BI, PowerApps, and process modelling tools.
- Ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of BPM standards, governance, and repository management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and commitment to continuous learning.
